What A Shift Looks Like
Nothing here comes out of a box ready to heat. Boneless gets cut and breaded in house, every sauce gets made in house, and wings hit the fryer when the ticket prints.
It is a real kitchen, not an assembly line: the fryer, the breading station, the sauce bowl, the front counter. Wing Wednesday runs at every store, all day.
